A West Palm Beach man, who suffers from dementia, went missing Tuesday morning at Palm Beach International Airport.
Jacques Dalce, 60, drove with his wife to the airport at 7 a.m. Tuesday, according to the Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office. When they pulled up to the American Airlines terminal, his wife left the car to meet their daughter inside the baggage claim area. When they came out, Dalce and his car were gone, the sheriff’s office said.
Dalce’s daughter, Dorcet Germaine, was saddened by the situation as she talked about her father.
“My father is a loving…husband. We are distressed that he may be in danger,” said Germaine.
Dalce was last seen wearing a brown shirt and a white Miami Marlins baseball cap. He was driving a gray 2014 Honda Accord, Florida license plate V07-4ZM.
Palm Beach Sherriff, Ric Bradshaw, said that the sheriff’s office does not have enough resources to look for every missing person. Bradshaw has asked for the community’s help to bring Dalce home.
“We need the public’s help. It can save someone’s life,” Bradshaw said.
Anyone with information about Dalce should call the sheriff’s dispatch, 954-876-7373.
